Our breathwork and movement sessions are unique and different from the rest, immersive and intimate by using silent disco headsets. Removing a major sense, the external sound, the world falls away and the only place left to go is within. You emerge feeling like you have been on a life changing journey to another world.

Two wild hearts who met in college, life led us to different places and then our paths cosmically collided, 20 years later.
We both knew we weren’t here to fix people, or that we were whole but others were broken; we knew that together we had the tools to create something powerful.
As Libra risings, we design every detail with intention. And our Leo 11th house…what does this mean to us? That we were born to lead in community, with heart at the centre. It’s about creating spaces where you can return to your radiance without apology. Where hearts can open again without the armour life asked you to wear.
