We created Rae, not to claim we fix people, or that we are whole and others are broken; we just knew that together we had the tools to create something powerful.
We blend astrology, breathwork, and embodiment into potent retreats that fit into full lives and ripple through entire identities.
Our breathwork and movement sessions are unique and different from the rest, immersive and intimate by using silent disco headsets. Removing a major sense, the external sound, the world falls away, and the only place left to go is within. You emerge feeling like you have been on a life changing journey to another world.
We create the pause that softens. The space where your heart can open again without the armour life asked you to wear.

10:15 AM – YOGA | IGNITE, AWAKEN, SOFTEN
Attune to the peak energy of the Solstice, the sun at its highest, illuminating what’s ready to rise within you. This flowing yoga sequence helps release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and open your heart. Guided by breath and Gemini’s airy rhythm, we prepare the body for deep nourishment and the yin energy of Cancer season.
11:30 AM – BREATHWORK | CLARITY & EXPANSION
Drop into an immersive breathwork journey with silent disco headphones. Let the airy lightness of Gemini clear mental clutter as the Solstice fire reconnects you to your truth. Breathe deeply; into freedom, into clarity, into your next becoming.
12:45 PM – RELAX, UNWIND & FUEL YOUR SOUL
Surrender into luxury. Bathe in the warmth of BelAir’s outdoor pool and jacuzzi, letting your body exhale. Then enjoy a seasonal, plant-based lunch to nourish and elevate you from the inside out.
3:15 PM – SACRED WOMEN’S CIRCLE & SOUND HEALING | NOURISH & TRANSFORM
Receive powerful astrological insight into this Solstice portal and the shift into Cancer season revealing how the cosmos is guiding your next evolution. Held in sacred sisterhood, sound, and stillness, this circle is a space to release, be seen, and awaken your feminine wisdom.
5:00 PM – SUPPER | GROUND & INTEGRATE
Gather for a nourishing evening meal, rooting into your body and integrating the day’s transformations through connection, reflection, and shared joy.
7:00 PM – SILENT DISCO FIRE CEREMONY & CLOSING | CELEBRATE & RELEASE
As the sun begins to set, we celebrating your light and honour your journey. With movement, music, and ritual, we close this sacred day in gratitude, ready to carry its magic forward.
